Alfredo Leonor, a lifelong pizzaiolo, worked alongside Buon Appetito's previous owner for years before taking over with his wife, Agueda. He has spent the past five years getting to know the business and the customers who make it what it is. Agueda manages banquets and catering.

As Ocean County residents, the Leonors believe this is the best place to raise a family and run a business. Their goal is simple: to keep the tradition of excellent food and customer service alive, and to make Buon Appetito your home away from home.
